But deep in our heart , we need to HANG IN there because that's the RIGHT things to do .
So here are some tips from mine that hopefully can colour your world too.
Things to do in ur 'Rainy' days :
1. Sip a good quality "hot" chocolate , it can help you to be more relaxed.
chocolate contains flavanoids, also found in red wine and green tea, that help improve blood circulation
2. Go for ur fave sport . Burn Burn your frustrations there :P
3. SING! or listen to ur fave music...Yes! a nice atmosphere will uplift ur mood.
4. Pleasant smells work the magic for me. Put some of ur fave aroma (( few drops )--> always remember different smells are for different purposes ) to ur oil burner or pot or even your water to map the floor.
5. Warm Long shower Bath ...
6. Self Pampering ! such as nice massage, or if u're in a low budget try to do ur own facial or hair spa ( it helps as well :P ) etc
7. Do act of kindness ( ex. ur spouse, family, best friends , even to a stranger ) without expecting anything in return . My fave powerful quote "He who refresh others ,will be refreshed "
